Dear Lincoln City Career Tech students and families,
Following guidance from the state, Career Tech will be closed from Monday, March 16th through Tuesday, March 31st as a preventative measure in response to the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. As of now, students should plan to return to school on Wednesday, April 1st. There are many unknowns with this unprecedented situation, but we are committed to our students’ well-being and safety.
At this time, Career Tech is following the closure schedule of the Lincoln County School District, as well as the safety guidelines provided by state and national officials. As we continue to monitor school closure recommendations related to COVID-19, we will keep you updated of any new developments related to school facilities and academic planning.
During the closure, students may continue Apex courses or other in-progress assignments from home, but this is not a requirement at this time. We will update you as we receive additional information.
